Performance Index of Anai I Irrigation-Area, Padang Pariaman

Abstract The irrigation area of Anai River I which has an 6,764 hectares is one the main irrigation-area in West Sumatra Province. objective present study to determine performance index network (main building, primary canal and secondary canal) Batang Irrigation-Area based on Minister Public Works Housing Regulation No. 12/PRT/M/2015, level service it MASSCOTE method. method Permen PU No.12/PRT/M/2015 examines six aspects. They are physical infrastructure, planting productivity, supporting facilities, personnel organization, documentation farmer association (WUA). Rapid Appracial Procedure (RAP) four indicators its assessment, namely; service, association, human resources channel-operation modernization. Based Regulation, moderate category (76.85%) performance. Meanwhile, method, good (3.22 4-scale) service. both those categories, management only needs operation maintenance action.
